It’s the end of the month which means it’s recap time! This is your spot to see what’s going on with The Relevance Path, new posts, and what we’ve been tuning into this February.
Here we go!
RELEVANCE Blog Posts
- Did you see that we added a glossary to our website? Now it’s easy to look up keywords from The Relevance Path or when we refer to them in blog posts.
- We know the restaurant industry took a huge turn when the pandemic hit. Read how we think they used RELEVANCE to adjust to the times.
- We asked Marcy what kind of relevant paths appear in the book and it began our rabbit hole of identifying how cognitive biases are important to recognize in your projects.
RELEVANCE Team Round Up
- What We’re Watching: Sarah admittedly has been binging episodes of Renovation Island, but it’s only because she can draw so many parallels between the catastrophes the Baeumlers keep running into and how RELEVANCE could have improved their projects. Island life + home improvement disasters + our innate desire to improve processes = what’s not to love?
- What We’re Reading: We totally geeked out over NASA’s Perseverance rover landing on Mars, but we’re fangirling over Dr. Swati Mohan, the guidance and control operations lead and the person who announced “Touchdown confirmed! Perseverance is safely on the surface of Mars, ready to begin seeking the signs of past life.” She’s an Indian-American woman who immigrated to the US from India at age 1, was inspired by Star Trek at 9, earned a B.S from Cornell in mechanical and aerospace engineering, and an M.S. and Ph.D. from MIT in aeronautics. She also spent most of her childhood in Northern Virginia. Heyyyy! We’re thrilled to see a woman in STEM in such a leading position being celebrated all over social media and reading everything we can about her.
